Use the Tele-Works Console to administer every application you have purchased from Tele-Works in one easy to use interface. You will be able to access all your applications, create and maintain accounts and folders, and run reports.
This site is designed for Microsoft Internet Explorer, version 7.0 and 8.0. You may experience visual and behavioral problems viewing this site with other browsers. If you experience these problems, please visit the Microsoft web site to get the latest version of Internet Explorer.
If you are using a supported version of Internet Explorer and are still experiencing problems, please check to make sure the following Internet Explorer settings are configured:
Click on the Tools menu item and select Internet Options.
Click on the Security tab and select the appropriate security zone. For hosted customers, it will most likely be Internet. For premise customers, it will most likely be Local Intranet.
Click on the Custom Level button.
Under the Downloads section, set File Download to Enable.
Under the Scripting section, set Active Scripting to Enable.
Under the Scripting section, set Allow Programmatic Clipboard Access to Enable.
Click on the OK button for Security Settings.
Click on the OK button for Internet Options.
The Tele-Works Console help documentation is displayed in a pop-up window. In order to view the help documentation, please make sure pop-up windows are allowed for the console by making the following configuration change:
Click on the Tools menu item, then click on Pop-up Blocker and select Pop-up Blocker Settings.
In the Address of website to allow textbox, enter the web address of the console. For example, hosted customers should enter http://connect.tele-works.com.
Click on the Add button.
Click on the Close button for Pop-up Blocker Settings.
